Located within the Tatu City Special Economic Zone, this 15,000 m² cold storage facility for Cold Solutions Kenya sets a new benchmark for temperature-controlled logistics in East Africa. Engineered to support a wide temperature range — from +26°C to –40°C — the facility enables the safe storage and distribution of fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, and frozen goods.

The design combines industrial performance with flexibility, efficiency, and environmentally sustainable principles, supporting scalable cold chain operations while contributing to Tatu City’s vision as a next-generation industrial hub.
